▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite comprises cholesterol oxidase and luminol immobilized on the nanostructure having peroxidase activity. USE - The composite is useful for visualizing microscopic cells at a crime scene, and applied to the development of biosensors. ADVANTAGE - The composite exhibits remarkably high stability with high diagnostic activity and signal persistence compared to the non-immobilized free system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a composition for detecting cholesterol, and visualization or imaging of cholesterol-containing target cells, comprising the composite; (2) a cholesterol detection method, involving reacting the composite with a cholesterol-containing specimen, and detecting whether a light emission signal is generated; and (3) a visualization or imaging method of target cells, involving reacting the composite with a cholesterol-containing target cell, and detecting whether a light emission signal is generated.
