NOVELTY - The multi-band absorber has a metal substrate (1) and a graphene layer (3). The graphene layer is connected to the metal substrate. An array of inclined air slots (2) is distributed on the metal substrate to form a one-dimensional metal grid structure. The graphene layer is a single-layer complete graphene. The inclined air slot array is formed by arranging the inclined air slots in a period, and the period is 800 nanometers. The width and height of the air groove are 100 nm and 300 nm respectively. The inclination angle of the air groove is 45o. The thickness of the metal substrate is 400 nm. The material of the metal substrate is gold. USE - Multi-band absorber of graphene plasmon used in fields of photoelectric sensing and photoelectric control. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer of the multi-band absorber is composed of a complete single-layer graphene, has the advantages of a simple structure, easy to manufacture, tunable infrared band spectrum, small structure size, and easy integration.
