NOVELTY - Nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanocomposite material comprises two graphene layers and one NiFe2O4 layer. The NiFe2O4 layer is between the graphene layers. USE - Nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanocomposite material is used in electrode material, electrochemical luminescence modulation system, primary or secondary electrochemical power generator and a high-energy power generator (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanocomposite material has excellent electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing NiFe2O4 nanocomposite material, which involves coating two surfaces of graphene layer with NiFe2O4 layer to obtain G@NiFe2O4, modifying a polyquater on G@NiFe2O4 ammonium salt to obtain G@NiFe2O4-P, coating graphene layers on both surfaces of G@NiFe2O4-P to obtain G@NiFe2O4@G, that is NiFe2O4 nanocomposite material; and (2) a secondary battery where negative electrode material contains the NiFe2O4 nanocomposite material, the secondary battery comprises lithium-ion battery, a sodium-ion battery, or a potassium-ion battery.
