▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polyethylene glycol-modified graphene oxide involves preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, vacuum drying graphene oxide at 50 degrees C for more than 48 hours to obtain pre-processed graphene oxide, activating monomethyl-modified polyethylene glycol with 4A-type molecular sieve, drying to obtain pretreated polyethylene glycol, drying an aprotic polar solvent with 4A-type molecular sieve, distilling under reduced pressure to remove water to obtain pretreated solvent, adding pre-processed graphene oxide to the pretreated solvent in inert gas protection and dry environment at room temperature, ultrasonically dispersing, cooling to less than 30 degrees C, adding sodium hydride as a deprotonating agent, stirring at less than 30 degrees C for 1-4 hours, adding the pretreated polyethylene glycol, stirring at 30-45 degrees C for 12-48 hours, adding acetic acid to neutralize the sample, centrifuging at rate of more than 10000 rpm, and vacuum distilling to evaporate solvent. USE - Preparation of polyethylene glycol-modified graphene oxide used for concrete (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly, and enables simple and efficient preparation of polyethylene glycol-modified graphene oxide with high productivity, and excellent strength and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mass ratio of the graphene oxide and the aprotic polar solvent is 0.5-2.5:500. The sodium hydride is a universal 60 %weight/weight-purity product. The addition amount of sodium hydride is 0.04-0.12 times the content of graphene oxide. The content of the monomethyl-modified polyethylene glycol is 0.4-1.2 times that of the graphene oxide. The addition amount of acetic acid is 1.2 times the molar amount of sodium hydride. The monomethyl-modified polyethylene glycol is of formula (I). n = 500-2000;and X = chloro, bromo, iodo, p-toluenesulfonyloxy, or glycidyl ether group of formula (a). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage method of polyethylene glycol-modified graphene oxide, which involves forming concrete by mixing polyethylene glycol-modified graphene oxide, cementitious material, 30 %mass or less auxiliary cementitious material, and 0.08-0.2 %mass gelling material.
