NOVELTY - Synthesis of 2-amino-4-acetamidoanisole comprises dissolving 2,4-dinitroanisole in methanol solution, and adding palladium/graphene bimetallic catalyst for catalytic hydrogenation reduction reaction. USE - Method for synthesizing 2-amino-4-acetamidoanisole. ADVANTAGE - The method uses palladium metal catalyst and palladium/carbon catalyst to replace Raney-nickel catalyst, reduces postprocessing industry risk caused by using Raney-nickel catalyst, and ensures higher purity and higher yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesis of 2-amino-4-acetamidoanisole comprises dissolving 2,4-dinitroanisole in methanol solution, and adding metallic palladium of formula (PdM)/graphene bimetallic catalyst for catalytic hydrogenation reduction reaction.
