▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/MXene/epoxy resin composite material involves preparing layered graphene oxide (GO) suspension by modified Hummer's oxidation method, and etching MAX phase titanium aluminum carbide (Ti3AlC2) precursor by lithium fluoride/hydrogen chloride (LiF/HCl) to prepare MXene dispersion with few-layer structure. The GO suspension and few-layer MXene dispersion used to prepare GO/MXene powder. The KH-792 and propylene glycol precursors are mixed. The temperature of the distillate is kept at 40-65℃, and terminated the reaction when the temperature of the distillate is lower than 40℃ to obtain a hyperbranched polysiloxane (HBPSi). The HBPSi grafted onto the surface of GO/MXene to obtain HBPSi-GO/MXene, and used hydrazine hydrate for one-pot hydrothermal reduction to obtain HBPSi-RGO/MXene. The HBPSi-RGO/MXene used as nanofiller and epoxy (EP) resin as resin matrix, prepared HBPSi-RGO/MXene/EP composite material by casting method and staged heating and curing. USE - Preparation method of graphene/MXene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared material has the advantages of high toughness, low friction, high wear resistance and the like, and can meet the application requirements of the electronic industry, automobile manufacturing, aerospace and other fields.
