▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The filter has a substrate provided with a dielectric coating layer. Graphene is arranged on a first dielectric layer. The graphene is arranged on the second dielectric layer, where thickness of the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer is measured for about 2950-3050 nm. A third dielectric layer is formed with a grating layer, where thickness of the grating layer is smaller than the dielectric coating layer for about 200 to 260 nm and width of the grating layer is measured for about 800 to 1200 nm. The substrate is made of silicon dioxide material. USE - Intermediate infrared narrowband tunable filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter realizes graphene fermi energy by changing static bias voltage and transverse electric (TE) polarized tunable narrow band reflection, and satisfies demand of reflection peak position.
