▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite comprises: silica microparticles, where the microparticles have a diameter of at least 200 nm; 10-20 wt.% graphene oxide sheets; and 5-15 wt.% polyaniline, where the graphene oxide sheets and polyaniline are distributed on a surface of the silica microparticles. USE - The composite is useful for: adsorption of metal ions and removing metal ions from a solution, where the metal ions include cationic and anionic metal ions, and the metal ions comprise at least one of cationic copper(II) and anionic chromium(VI) metal ions (all claimed); and decontaminating wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The composite is: enhanced adsorption of metal ions from water; and an efficient adsorbent for metals-bearing water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) removing (M1) metal ions from a solution, comprising contacting the solution with the composite under conditions suitable for adsorption of metal ions to the composite and recovering the composite from the solution; and (2) making (M2) the composite, comprising in situ aniline polymerization in the existence of graphene oxide and silicon dioxide.
