▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron atoms doped high specific surface three-dimensional porous graphene comprises: (i) preparing 1-10 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide solution; (ii) adding a boron dopant into the aqueous graphene oxide solution and sonicating for 0.5-4 hours; (iii) hydrothermally treating the resultant dispersion at 160-200 degrees C for 6-18 hours to obtain graphene hydrogel; (iv) freeze-drying the graphene hydrogel for 12-48 hours; (v) soaking the resultant sample in 20 ml potassium hydroxide solution, then taking out and drying; (vi) activating the sample under inert atmosphere at 650-950 degrees C for 1-6 hours; and (vii) boiling the samples for 1-3 hours, washing to neutral and drying to obtain the product having 6.1-11.3 wt.% boron. USE - The boron atoms doped three-dimensional porous graphene is useful as graded porous carbon material in supercapacitor, lithium ion battery and sodium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional porous graphene: is simple to prepare, economical, energy- saving and environmentally-friendly; has high specific surface area, developed porous structure and improved electrochemical performance.
