NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polytetrafluoroethylene nanocomposite film split colored fiber involves stirring and mixing inorganic high-temperature-resistant pigment fine powder, graphene derivatives, diffusing agent, and polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin at 30-50 rpm and below 19℃ to obtain a mixture. The mass ratio of inorganic pigment fine powder, graphene derivative, diffusing agent and polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin is 0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5:1-2.5:60-90. The diffusing agent is made by mixing a dispersant, a stabilizer and a nonionic active agent with a mass ratio of 1-14:1-8:1-11 by a homogenizer. The mixture is mixed with a lubricant, matured, then pre-pressed, pushed, calendered to form a film, dried and degreased, heated and stretched for the first time, slitting, heat-stretched for the second time, then heat-set and twisted to obtain silk. The silk is wound or crimped and cut again. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polytetrafluoroethylene nanocomposite film split colored fiber used in aerospace, defense military industry field, electric wire cable, strong current weak current transmission signal and shielding, anti-radiation industry and to space flight, energy storage, liquid crystal device, electronic device, biological material, sensing material and catalyst carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the use performance of the graphene/and polytetrafluoroethylene composite fiber and colored filament or short fiber by 10%, expands the use range, solves the graphene of difficult to pigtail/PTFE nano-composite fiber coloring and endows the fiber with excellent conductive, heat-conducting function, and excellent color fastness.
