▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a carbon sheet involves forming (a) a graphene seed layer in which a graphene nanopowder is randomly distributed on a substrate, and growing (b) the graphene nanopowder comprised in the graphene seed layer into the carbon sheet by chemical vapor deposition method under a mixed gas comprising an inert gas and a carbon source gas. The carbon sheet, formed by the growth of the graphene nanopowder as a seed, comprises a single layered graphene sheet having a length of 10 nm-50 mu m, and a graphite sheet in which 2-20 layers of the single layered graphene sheet are laminated. USE - Preparation of carbon sheets (claimed) used inelectrodes of secondary battery used in electronic devices, and as basic material for high specific strength/high elasticity composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large scale preparation of carbon sheets having excellent physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the carbon sheet.
