NOVELTY - Graphene electrothermal coating comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. antimony pentoxide, 5-12 pts. wt. tungsten oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. silver powder, 1-3 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, 8-16 pts. wt. screen printing resin, 1.8-6.4 pts. wt. acetone, 8-16 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polypyrrole, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 10-20 pts. wt. melamine resin, 2-8 pts. wt. calcined stone tar, 0.8-2.4 pts. wt. modified phosphate compound and 2-6 pts. wt. spray carbon black. USE - Used as graphene electrothermal coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrothermal coating has high temperature rapid baking does not change color, the coating film has excellent weatherability and baked at high temperature (above 280 degrees C) without affecting the effect, has good compatibility with the resin, high electrothermal conversion efficiency; and is very thin.
