NOVELTY - A lightweight and high-strength metal bridge plate comprises 50-70 pts. wt. aluminum material, 10-20 pts. wt. iron material, 3-8 pts. wt. pure magnesium, 3-8 pts. wt. pure nickel, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene material, 3-8 pts. wt. feldspar powder, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. 50-nm aerogel powder. USE - Metal bridge plate. ADVANTAGE - The metal bridge plate can directly penetrate water and has lightweight, high strength, good rust-proof property and water seepage function, long service life and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of metal bridge plate by: (A) heating and melting aluminum material, iron material, pure magnesium, pure nickel, graphene material, feldspar powder and fumed silica; (B) uniformly mixing aerogel powder and titanium hydride powder; (C) placing the molten material in an expansion tank, and uniformly mixing; (D) adding the aerogel powder and titanium hydride powder mixture, and uniformly mixing; and (E) molding, cooling, and cutting.
