▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of chitosan/heparin modified graphene oxide composite multilayer on surface of medical magnesium alloy involves preparing negatively charged heparin modified graphene oxide, subjecting the magnesium alloy surface to chemical treatment and self-assembly surface modification, carrying out covalent immobilization of chitosan on the surface of the magnesium alloy for constructing positively charged material, immersing the resultant alloy with heparin modified graphene oxide solution and chitosan solution and drying. USE - Preparation of composite multilayer on surface of medical magnesium alloy used in vascular stent implantable medical device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides magnesium alloy with improved corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.
