NOVELTY - The multiplexer has a substrate (1) provided with a signal input end (7) and two signal output ends (10, 9). A signal loading end (8) and a single-mode waveguide MZI structure are connected together. The single-mode waveguide MZI structure is provided two directional couplers (2, 6) and two graphene waveguide gratings (41, 42). The first directional coupler is connected with the first signal input end and the signal loading end. The second directional coupler is connected with the second signal output end. The second signal loading end and the graphene waveguide gratings are respectively connected with three electrodes (5, 31, 32). USE - Graphene grating based adjustable add and drop multiplexer. ADVANTAGE - The multiplexer realizes increasing and decreasing of wavelength of electric light at any time according to practical situation.
