▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a surface comprises (1) hydrophobizing the nanoparticles and microparticles respectively, mixing the nano particles and micro particles with anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, adding ethyl orthosilicate, stirring and adding hexamethyldisilazane and deionized water, fully reacting, centrifuging, cleaning, vacuum drying and grinding, (2) adding the organic polymer to the organic solvent, adding solid lubricant, water bath heating to make the mixture completely melted, adding the hydrophobized nanoparticle and micro particles, mixing uniformly to obtain the hydrophobic coating and (3) uniformly coating the hydrophobic coating on the substrate, performing solvent exchange, stripping the coating from the substrate and naturally drying to obtain the surface suitable for water intake from air in a low temperature environment. USE - The surface is useful for taking water from air in low temperature environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, without expensive equipment investment, economical, suitable for large area production; does not adopt fluorine-containing silane for hydrophobic treatment of nano-particle and micro particle to realize green production. The prepared surface has good flexibility; can be bent and folded; is convenient for practical application with other shape surface; prevents dirt accumulation and bacteria growth in outdoor long-term application and adopts the self-cleaning effect to make the dust on the surface easy to be taken away by the water drop.
