NOVELTY - A nano-silver fiber/graphene composite antibacterial shoe toecap comprises 20-30 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. nano-silver fiber, 26-30 pts. wt., preferably 28 pts. wt. graphene, 28-30 pts. wt., preferably 29 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 20-28 pts. wt., preferably 24 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 20-26 pts. wt., preferably 23 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 18-20 pts. wt., preferably 19 pts. wt. urethane resin, 10-16 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 8-10 pts. wt., preferably 9 pts. wt. polyvinylidene chloride, 7-9 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 6-8 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. phthalate, 6-8 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. fatty amine, 5-7 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. acid anhydride, 5-7 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-7 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. alkenyl disubstituted phenol, and 5-7 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. alkyl phosphate ester. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial shoe toecap has excellent deodorization function provides by nano-silver fiber, toughness, strength provided by graphene, bending property, and chemical resistance provided by the formation of ester bond by acid anhydride and epoxy resin, and prolonged service life due to use of alkyl phosphate ester in combination with alkenyl disubstituted phenol.
