▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a molecularly imprinted monolith solid phase micro extraction fiber comprises: (1) using 5-20 cm capillary inner wall and caustic acid, washing, and drying by nitrogen; (2) using N,N-dimethylformamide solution of graphene for configuration in 0.5-5.0 mg/ml, and then the template molecule, functional monomer, crosslinker, azobisisobutyronitrile, and N,N-dimethylformamide solution, ultrasonic mixing, deoxygenated with nitrogen, to obtain a pre-polymer solution; (3) immersing in prepared polymer solution; (4) etching; and (5) breaking intermediate polymer fibers. USE - Preparing molecularly imprinted monolith solid phase micro extraction fiber used in analytical chemistry, and environmental analysis. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, and fast. The molecularly imprinted monolith solid phase micro extraction fiber has mechanical and thermal stability, high extraction capacity and selectivity for template molecule, and long service life.
