NOVELTY - Preparing boron nitride nano-sheets, comprises (i) weighing ammonium sulfate, sodium borohydride and graphene nanosheets; (ii) uniformly mixing all the 3 raw materials in a reaction kettle, tightly sealing the reactor, placing into a crucible furnace, and heating, maintaining the temperature, and stopping the heating process, and cooling; (iii) washing the resulting reaction product with hydrochloric acid, cleaning, and filtering; (iv) drying the product at 60-90 degrees C in a drying box; and (v) heating at 700-800 degrees C, and subjecting to oxidation treatment, to obtain gray boron nitride nano-sheets. USE - The method is useful for preparing boron nitride nano-sheets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simple preparation and operation procedures; produces products under good safety conditions; is economical; and has high production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing boron nitride nano-sheets, comprises (i) weighing ammonium sulfate used as nitrogen source, sodium borohydride used as boron source and graphene nanosheets used as a template, in the mass ratio of 1.5-1.67:1:0.13-0.33; (ii) uniformly mixing all the 3 raw materials in a reaction kettle, tightly sealing the reactor, placing into a crucible furnace, and heating at 500-600 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 10-16 hours, and stopping the heating process, and cooling to room temperature; (iii) washing the resulting reaction product with hydrochloric acid for 3-5 times, cleaning with deionized water for 3-5 times, and filtering until the filtrate is neutral; (iv) drying the product at 60-90 degrees C in a drying box for 5-8 hours; and (v) heating the dried product at 700-800 degrees C to boil in the furnace, and subjecting to oxidation treatment, to obtain gray boron nitride nano-sheets.
