NOVELTY - Preparation of large-scale graphene heat conducting film, involves (S1) mixing graphene oxide (GO) slurry and nano-cellulose (CNF) solution in ratio of (1:1)-(9:1), uniformly dispersing slurry by mechanically stirring, and vacuum defoaming in vacuum defoamer to obtain uniform GO/CNF mixed slurry, (S2) selecting fiber fabric as substrate, using porous filter cloth as lining at bottom, coating GO/CNF mixed slurry on upper and lower surfaces of fiber fabric using coating machine, drying at 40-80, and rewinding to obtain three-layer composite film, (S3) carbonizing, graphitizing and roll pressing. USE - Preparation of large-scale graphene heat conducting film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, improves production yield and cohesion and heat conducting performance of film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene heat conducting film having a width of not less than 100 mm and a length of not less than 10 m.
