The action shape of the sea wave after the fixing layer is electrified is changed into wave-shaped structure. The surface of the fixing layer is provided with multiple holes The holes are arranged in a matrix shaped structure. Two ends of the supporting rod are hinged with the fixing layer and the sand fixing layer through a hinge. The tide generator is connected with the front end of the sand fixing layer. The surface of the fixing layer, the sand fixing layer, the supporting rod, the hinge and the tide generator are coated with coating graphene.
