NOVELTY - Tire composition comprises at least one rubber and 0.01-3.5% graphene. USE - The tire composition is used for manufacturing a tire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tire composition exhibits reduced rolling resistance, reduced abrasion loss, increased tensile modulus, reduced heat build-up, and reduced fatigue failure, when compared to a tire that does not comprise the tire composition, and enhances properties and performance of the tire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a process for preparing the tire composition, involving (a) mixing graphene with at least one rubber in presence of at least one solvent in a high shear mixer at 2500-4000 rpm for 20-60 minutes to obtain a rubber masterbatch, and (b) mixing the rubber masterbatch with same or different rubber, optionally along with additional components to obtain the product; and (2) a method for improving property of a tire chosen from rolling resistance, abrasion loss, tensile modulus, heat build-up and/or fatigue failure, involving manufacturing the tire by employing the tire composition.
