NOVELTY - High-insulation motor stator is prepared by (a) heating stator core of a motor with baking equipment, (b) subjecting the heated iron core to a fluidized bed for insulating powder coating using an insulating powder comprising 10-20 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin 25-30 pts. wt. nitrile rubber modified epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. silicone modified epoxy resin, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. phosphorylated graphene oxide, 20-26 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy curing agent, 0-20 pts. wt. filler, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. accelerator, and 5-10 pts. wt. anti-cracking agent, and (c) adding the iron core with the insulating powder coating in a baking equipment to heat and cure to obtain the product. USE - High-insulation motor stator. ADVANTAGE - The stator has improved flexibility and thermal conductivity, and improves adhesion and peel strength.
