NOVELTY - A healthcare bra is prepared by adding graphene and heat-soluble silica gel in warm water to obtain graphene gel mixture. The graphene gel mixture is uniformly printed on transparent fabric according to the template. The printing is repeated and dried. The resultant material and super elastic nonwoven fabric is bonded by adhesive glue. The material is placed in a cold press for dye positioning. The cold press treatment is repeated and pruned to obtain cropped cups. The cup is joined with flank, shoulder belt, clasp through decoration legacy device sewing to obtain the finished product. USE - Healthcare bra for breast conditioning. ADVANTAGE - The healthcare bra for better security to female breast. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A healthcare bra is prepared by adding 2.5-5 pts. wt. grapheme and 85-92.5 pts. wt. heat-soluble silica gel in 5-10 pts. wt. warm water at 50 degrees C to obtain graphene gel mixture. The graphene gel mixture is uniformly printed on transparent fabric according to the template. The printing is repeated for 5-10 times, and each time is kept for 5 minutes, followed by drying at room temperature for 4 hours. The resultant material and super elastic nonwoven fabric is bonded by adhesive glue. The material is placed in a cold press at 190 degrees C for dye positioning. The cold press treatment is repeated for 2 times, and each time is kept for 2-3 minutes. The cold press treated material is pruned to obtain cropped cups. The cup is joined with flank, shoulder belt, clasp through decoration legacy device sewing to obtain the finished product.
