NOVELTY - Melt-blown non-woven fabric with antibacterial function comprises 90-95 wt.% ultra-high fluidity polypropylene, 1-5 wt.% electret masterbatch, 3-5 wt.% white oil and 0.1-4 wt.% antibacterial agent. The melt flow rate of ultra-high fluidity polypropylene is not less than 1200 g/10 minute. The antibacterial agent is tryptophan-functionalized graphene quantum dot-silver complex. USE - The melt-blown non-woven fabric with antibacterial function is used for preparing mask, air purifier filter unit, disposable scrubs, drape, cover cloth and liquid absorbing pad (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The melt-blown non-woven fabric not only can absorb bacteria, but also can effectively kills bacteria, thus avoiding re-contact and infection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of non-woven fabric with antibacterial function comprising mixing polypropylene, electret masterbatch, tryptophan functionalized graphene quantum dot-silver complex and white oil, heating to dissolve, mixing, extruding, underwater granulating to obtain antimicrobial masterbatch particles and forming into non-woven fabric by melt-blown process.
