USE - The method is used for preparing a navy training salvage rope (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the breaking strength of the cable, has strong fire-retardant ability, and increases the elongation of the cable, which is convenient for use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a navy training salvage rope involves (a) grinding microcrystalline wax, aluminum hydroxide, glass fiber, ester quaternary ammonium salt, silicon wax, graphene and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) composite fiber, after obtaning the pulverized product, uniformly mixing it with absolute ethanol, and extracting the extract by ultrasonic wave, filtering the extract, and vacuum concentrating the filtrate and freeze-drying to obtain the extract, (b) placing the extract in a high-speed stirred tank, adding 4-7 times deionized water to the stirred tank, increasing the temperature to 95-110 degrees C, and stirring for 65-80 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, (c) placing the polyamide fiber and polypropylene fiber in a twin-screw extruder, melting, kneading, extruding and pelletizing to obtain a mixed masterbatch, (d) placing the mixed masterbatch and the mixed solution in a twin-screw extruder, melting into a molten spinning solution, and spinning to form filaments, (e) twisting the multifilament yarn into a rope yarn, (f) immersing the rope yarn in the flame retardant, the ratio of rope yarn to flame retardant is 3:40, continuously soaking for 30-40 minutes, and maintaining the temperature at 45-60 degrees C, taking out for low-temperature crosslinking, curing the flame retardant coating, (g) placing the rope yarn treated by in step (f) at 40-50 degrees C for drying, and twisting the rope yarn into strands, and weaving multiple strands into a rope, (h) heat setting by steam setting machine to get the rope, and (i) twisting the heat-set rope and forming by a rope twisting machine, with a twist of 60-100 twists/meter, and obtaining the product.
