▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube/three-dimensional graphene composite material preparing method involves providing a three-dimensional graphene aerogel, and loading catalytically active metal ions into inner wall surface of the three-dimensional graphene aerogel. The aerogel is placed in a chemical vapor growth apparatus, and a non-ionic polymer compound is utilized as a carbon source to grow carbon nanotubes on the surface and inside of the three-dimensional graphene aerogel by a chemical vapor deposition method to obtain carbon nanotube/three-dimensional graphene composite. USE - Method for preparing carbon nanotube/three-dimensional graphene composite material that is utilized in electrode of energy storage device, such as super capacitor i.e. all-solid asymmetric flexible super capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has better conductivity, large specific surface area, high loading of electroactive substances, and stable electrochemical performance.
