▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional porous graphene filter membrane processing and coating involves carrying out hydrothermal reaction of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes to produce a three-dimensional self-assembled graphene-carbon nanotube composite material. The obtained graphene-carbon nanotube composite material and dopamine are hydrothermally coated on a substrate. The polymer P(MeO2MA-co-OEGMA-SH) is grafted on the substrate coated with polydopamine-graphene-carbon nanotube material under alkaline conditions to form the super-hydrophilic three-dimensional porous graphene filter membrane. USE - Method for processing and coating three-dimensional porous graphene filter membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method processes the three-dimensional porous graphene filter membrane in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with increased adhesion ability of graphene on the substrate, increased roughness and contact surface to improve oil-water separation efficiency, and good mechanical properties and long service life.
