▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly flame-retardant aqueous graphene-containing anticorrosive primer comprises 42-46 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 6.3-7.7 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.6-5.8 pts. wt. graphene, 11-14 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-4 pts. wt. gelatin, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 7-9 pts. wt. butyl sulfate, 3-4 pts. wt. soybean extract, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 22-23 pts. wt. pigment and balance amount of deionized water. USE - Environmentally-friendly flame-retardant aqueous graphene-containing anticorrosive primer for coating metal. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly aqueous graphene-containing primer provides excellent glossiness to metal surface, has improved flame retardant and anticorrosive properties, and requires less amount of deionized water. The waste polystyrene foam and acrylic emulsion are used as film-forming agent so as to improve hardness, chemical resistance, water resistance and powder resistance of coating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environmentally-friendly flame-retardant aqueous graphene-containing anticorrosive primer, which involves mixing raw materials, stirring for 10-15 minutes, crushing in ball mill to obtain powder having particle size of less than 60 mu m, dissolving in mixed solvent, adding acrylic emulsion, uniformly dispersing, degassing at 0.1 MPa and filtering.
