NOVELTY - The method for preparing fluorinated graphene oxide involves (a) placing concentrated sulfuric acid solution in an ice bath, adding fluorinated graphite powder, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, putting the mixture into an ice bath and continuously stirring, (b) adding oxidizing agent and continuously stirring, (c) heating the mixed solution in a constant-temperature water bath to obtain fluorinated graphene oxide mixed solution, and (d) dripping deionized water and hydrogen peroxide and then adding deionized water. USE - Method is useful for preparing fluorinated graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated graphene oxide has high quality, surface activity and dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing fluorinated graphene oxide involves (a) placing concentrated sulfuric acid solution in an ice bath, adding 1 part mass fluorinated graphite powder with a fluorine content of 20-70 wt.%, stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 15-40 minutes, putting the mixture into an ice bath and continuously stirring for 10-50 minutes, (b) adding 3-15 parts mass oxidizing agent and continuously stirring, (c) heating the mixed solution in a constant-temperature water bath at 30-60 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours to obtain fluorinated graphene oxide mixed solution, and (d) dripping deionized water to the fluorinated graphite oxide mixed solution, adding hydrogen peroxide, then adding deionized water, leaving the mixture for stratification and washing the upper layer product at a centrifugal rotation speed of 1000-4000 rpm until the pH value of the solution is 7 to obtain fluorinated graphene oxide.
