▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The shifter has a long block structure fixedly connected with a left silicon block and a right silicon block. An upper middle surface end of a substrate is connected with the left silicon block and the right silicon block. The left silicon block and the right silicon block are formed with a gap. A left graphene film is connected with a left side of the left silicon block. A left electrode is fixedly connected with a left side of the left graphene film. The left electrode is a long strip electrode. A wavy periodic structure is conencted with a side of a left graphene film and a right graphene film close to the left silicon block. USE - Graphene periodic structure based electro-optical phase shifter. ADVANTAGE - The shifter has lower optical loss and half-wave voltage.
