▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Molding plastic, comprises 15-50 wt.% pre-treated resin clay mixture, 9-20 wt.% matrix resin, 20-75 wt.% filler, 0.5-1.5 wt.% initiator, 0.1-1 wt.% rheology modifier, 0-3 wt.% auxiliary agent, and 0-30 wt.% reinforcing fiber. The pre-treated resin clay mixture is prepared by mixing high-solid content resin with clay, and vacuum-drying to obtain pre-treated resin clay mixture having pore structure, where the resin solid content of the high-solid content resin is more than 80%, the mass ratio between high-solid content resin and clay is 1:2-1:1, and the mass of the clay is not less than 10% of the total mass of the molding plastic. USE - The molding plastic is useful for waterproof ventilating flowerpots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The molding plastic has excellent waterproof and ventilating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing molding plastic, comprising (i) pre-mixing the high-solid content resin and clay, placing the obtained premixture in a vacuum drying box with a temperature of 50-60 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0.2-0.6 MPa, and the vacuum drying time is 2-6 hours to obtain pre-treated resin clay mixture having pore structure, (ii) mixing matrix resin, initiator, rheology modifier and auxiliary agent, and dispersing using high-speed dispersion machine to obtain resin paste, and (iii) mixing resin paste, filler, and reinforcing fiber, then adding pre-treated resin clay mixture and continuously mixing to obtain final product.
