▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves pre-treating a surface modified glassy carbon electrode using functional graphene to soak for 20-40 minutes. The electrode is washed using secondary distilled water. The functional graphene un-absorbed on a carbon nano-tube is washed off using the secondary distilled water for 20-40 minutes. The carbon nano-tube is naturally dried under protection of nitrogen atmosphere. Acetylcholinesterase is fixed on the glassy carbon electrode to obtain a graphite/carbon nano-tube. USE - Method for manufacturing a biosensor based on graphite/carbon nanotubes, for monitoring environment. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the biosensor with excellent biocompatibility, high sensitivity, good stability, quick quantitative detection and wide application range in a simple and cost effective manner.
