NOVELTY - A semi-conductive cable shielding material comprises 100 pts. wt. matrix resin, 20 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 3 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent. USE - Semi-conductive cable shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The shielding material has excellent conductivity, suppresses the space charge in the cable insulation and has high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the semi-conductive cable shielding material, which involves mixing superconducting carbon black and graphene uniformly to obtain a mixed conductive filler, blending the mixed conductive filler, matrix resin and the cross-linking agent at 120 degrees C, removing and cooling, vulcanizing the blend in a flat vulcanizing machine and heat-press forming at 175 degrees C.
