NOVELTY - Compostable antibacterial material comprises 1-5 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 93.5-99.4 pts. wt. polybutylene adipate terephthalate, 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. antibacterial material, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-hydrolytic agent; preparing antibacterial material includes mixing wormwood extract and ethanol after purifying halloysite nanotube, vacuumizing to 0.1-0.2 MPa, stirring for 30-45 minutes, recovering to normal pressure, stirring for 15-20 minutes, circulating vacuum and stirring, drying after suction filtration to obtain antibacterial halloysite nanotube; dissolving polyglycerol sebacate by hexafluoroisopropanol, preparing spinning solution with concentration of 20-25 wt.%, mixing poly (glycerol sebacate) fiber, bamboo fiber, towel gourd fiber emulsion and antibacterial halloysite nanotube, drying and grinding. USE - The compostable antibacterial material is useful for recyclable packaging product. ADVANTAGE - The compostable antibacterial material has good barrier property, and has good bacteriostatic and fresh-keeping effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing compostable antibacterial material comprising (i) drying the polylactic acid and polybutylene adipate terephthalate at 55-65℃ for 6-8 hours, extruding temperature at 170-190℃ and granulating to obtain masterbatch, and (ii) uniformly mixing the masterbatch with plasticizer, lubricant, antioxidant, filler and antifoaming agent, extruding and granulating.
