NOVELTY - Concrete comprises 20-30 pts. wt. cement, 15-20 pts. wt. gravel, 15-20 pts. wt. yellow sand, 30-50 pts. wt. fly ash, 5-8 pts. wt. slag, 5-10 pts. wt. waste concrete block, 1-5 pts. wt. reinforced fiber, 1-5 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. early strength water reducing agent and 30-40 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as concrete with improved mechanical property. ADVANTAGE - The concrete is economical; reduces cement dosage and reduces industrial waste pollution; has durability, improved concrete workability and stable volume. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the concrete, comprising (i) taking a crusher, respectively mixing the fly ash, slag and waste concrete block into the crusher and crushing; (ii) crushing the fly ash, slag and waste concrete powder, and sieving at 300-350 meshes; (iii) mixing the cement, gravel and yellow sand into the stirring tank, adding water, stirring for the first time, uniformly stirring, sieving and adding fly ash, slag and waste concrete powder, finally pouring the reinforcing fibers and graphene oxide into the mixture, continuing stirring to obtain mixture; (iv) adding water reducing agent and antifoaming agent to the mixture, uniformly stirring, adding early-strength water-reducing agent, and continuing to stir to make a homogeneous mixture to obtain early-strength water-reducing concrete; and (v) pouring the concrete into the mold, and reaching 20-60% of the mold volume, sealing the mold tightly, and placing the mold in the steam pool and detecting demolding time.
