NOVELTY - The active material has a negative electrode active material and graphene nano-sheet, where thickness of the graphene nano-sheet is l-20nm. Content of the graphene nano-sheet is 1-90 of mass of disulfide tin nano-sheet. An aperture distribution of the pore in the porous structure is 2-50nm, where the active material includes conductive agent and adhesive agent. USE - Lithium ion battery cathode active material. ADVANTAGE - The cathode active material has high reversible capacity, better charging and discharging cycling stability and low manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The cathode active material comprise sulfur source, sodium nitrate, soluble tin salt, potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfuric, which are mixed to obtain solid. The obtained solid is dispersed on an organic solvent that is selected from a group consisting of ethylene glycol, ethanol, propanetriol, normal propyl alcohol and isopropanol. The soluble tin salt is selected from a group consisting of stannous chloride, stannic chloride, stannous sulphate, stannous nitrate, stannous acetate, stannous and stannous citrate. The sulfur source is sulfur, thiourea, thiacetamide, sodium sulphide, sodium sulphide or sulfur thio Ife nano-component.
