▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing sustainable black conductive paint, comprises preparing raw material preparation formula comprising 20-25 pts. wt. conductive pigment, 50-55 pts. wt. binder, and 25-30 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The process is useful for preparing sustainable black conductive paint. ADVANTAGE - The process: provides the conductive paint that exhibits excellent conductivity and energy storage ability; utilizes the green biomass material that can not only turns waste material into a more valuable product but also cost-effective and helps the large-scale production of conductive paint; provides inexpensive process to prepare a black conductive paint based on biowaste based carbon black pigment, which will be applied in several fields e.g. electronic circuit and energy storage devices day after day; provides the carbon black pigment prepared by eco-friendly non-hazardous, cost-effective biowaste material e.g. cow dung and excellent conductivity as compared to another conductive pigments e.g. graphite and graphene; utilizes the paint formulation binder that is air-dried alkyd resin is used and drying time is also less required as compared to others; and is not any toxic solvent is used for paint formulation.
