NOVELTY - Preparing composite rubber material of graphene tire comprises dispersing multilayer graphene oxide (MGO) in absolute ethanol, performing ultrasonication to obtain well-dispersed multilayer graphene oxide solution, mixing bis-triethoxysilylpropyl sill tetrasulfide (silane coupling agent BTSPS), absolute ethanol and deionized water, magnetically stirring, adjusting pH using oxalic acid, continuously stirring to fully hydrolyze the coupling agent, adding multilayer graphene oxide solution, reacting at constant temperature, centrifuging modified multilayer graphene oxide, washing with alcohol until neutral, vacuum drying, adding vulcanizing agent to vulcanize natural rubber (NR) in an open mill, placing in flat vulcanizing machine, carrying out press molding to obtain modified multilayer graphene oxide rubber composite material, adjusting parameters according to vulcanization condition, rolling the rubber in vulcanizable direction in a mold, and measuring the product performance. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite rubber material of graphene tire. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces vulcanization process time and timely releases the heat generated by deformation, reduces the running temperature of the tire, thus ensures service life of tire. The composite rubber material: has good thermal conductivity; improves rubber performance, rubber rolling resistance, anti-skid property, and vulcanization reaction rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite rubber material of graphene tire comprises (i) dispersing multilayer graphene oxide (MGO) in 60 ml absolute ethanol, and performing ultrasonication for 1-2 hours to obtain a well-dispersed multilayer graphene oxide solution, (ii) mixing bis-triethoxysilylpropyl sill tetrasulfide (silane coupling agent BTSPS), absolute ethanol and deionized water in a volume ratio of 1:20:79, magnetically stirring at 30 degrees C constant temperature, adjusting pH at 6-6.4 using oxalic acid, continuously stirring for 6 hours to fully hydrolyze the coupling agent, adding multilayer graphene oxide solution, reacting at a constant temperature of 30-60 degrees C for 4-5 hours, centrifuging modified multilayer graphene oxide, washing with alcohol for 2-3 times until neutral, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, (iii) adding vulcanizing agent to vulcanize natural rubber (NR) in an open mill, placing in flat vulcanizing machine, and carrying out press molding at 150 degrees C and 10 MPa for 8-12 hours to obtain modified multilayer graphene oxide rubber composite material, and (iv) adjusting parameters according to vulcanization condition, rolling the rubber in vulcanizable direction in a mold, and measuring the product performance. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the composition of composite rubber material of graphene tire comprising 100 pts. wt. rubber, 25-100 pts. wt. carbon black (CB), 10-40 pts. wt. modified multilayer graphene (SMGO), 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 1-2 pts. wt. dibenzothiazole disulfide (DM), 1-2 pts. wt. tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD), 1-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur, 100-400 pts. wt. coupling agent solution.
