NOVELTY - Recycling processing of waste lead paste involves (i) mixing a waste lead paste with a conversion agent to obtain a solution (a) and a material (b), (ii) mixing the material (b) with a carbon material and performing microwave heat-treatment to obtain a mixture (c), (iii) mixing the mixture (c) and additives to obtain a slurry, and (iv) uniformly coating the slurry on a negative electrode sheet and performing electrolytic reaction using the solution (a) as an electrolyte solution in an inert atmosphere to obtain metal lead and a solution (d) comprising the conversion agent. USE - Recycling processing of waste lead paste of lead-acid battery applied to automobile application including electric car and motorcycle, electric application, navigation application, communication application, power and other applications. ADVANTAGE - The method improves recycling rate of waste lead paste, and reduces the waste of the resource of the carbonate and emission of greenhouse gas, which is good for improving economic effect and protecting environment. The electrolytic solution of the electrolytic reaction can be directly obtained by desulfurization processing solution, so as to recycle the metal lead and also realize the recycling of the solution in the waste-lead paste recycling processing. When the conversion agent ammonium bicarbonate or ammonium carbonate solution is used, realizing the closed cycle of carbonate, and avoiding the waste.
