NOVELTY - A polypyrrole-containing activated carbon composite electrode material comprises polyacrylamide, calcium carbonate, cadmium telluride, aluminum sesquioxide, graphene, polypyrrole, titanate coupling agent, modified waste polyvinyl chloride-based activated carbon, distilled water, acetone and rosin. Modified waste polyvinyl chloride-based activated carbon comprises actinolite powder, aluminum coupling agent, medical stone powder, charcoal, dimethicone, waste polyvinyl chloride material, polystyrene microspheres, potassium permanganate, potassium zirconium carbonate and cyclohexanone. USE - Polypyrrole-containing activated carbon composite electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypyrrole-containing activated carbon composite electrode material has high specific surface area, porosity, electroconductivity, mechanical strength, chemical stability, and charge storage performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polypyrrole-containing activated carbon composite electrode material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 2-4 pts. wt. cadmium telluride, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum sesquioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. polypyrrole, 1-3 pts. wt. TMC-TTS (RTM: titanate coupling agent), 120-130 pts. wt. modified waste polyvinyl chloride-based activated carbon, 10-15 pts. wt. distilled water, 5-7 pts. wt. acetone and 1-2 pts. wt. rosin. The modified waste polyvinyl chloride-based activated carbon comprises 5-6 pts. wt. actinolite powder, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. DL-411 (RTM: aluminum coupling agent), 2-4 pts. wt. medical stone powder, 6-10 pts. wt. charcoal, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethicone, 300-500 pts. wt. waste polyvinyl chloride material, 5-8 pts. wt. polystyrene microspheres, 20-30 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 2-3 pts. wt. potassium zirconium carbonate and 100-150 pts. wt. cyclohexanone. The modified waste polyvinyl chloride-based activated carbon is obtained by dissolving cyclohexanone, adding actinolite powder, medical stone powder and bamboo, stirring, increasing temperature to 60-80 degrees C, adding dimethicone, aluminum coupling agent, magnesium sulfate and potassium zirconium carbonate, reacting for 1-2 hours, adding to twin-screw extrusion granulation machine, adding charcoal to obtained granules, adding potassium permanganate, calcining at 700-800 degrees C for 2-4 hours under nitrogen protection, naturally cooling to room temperature and crushing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of polypyrrole-containing activated carbon composite electrode material.
