NOVELTY - Porous graphene conductive material comprises 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. P-toluenesulfonic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. chlorinated-1-allyl-3-methylimidazole, 1.7-2 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 2-3 pts. wt. lithium hydroxide, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ferrous sulfate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. glucose, 6-7 pts. wt. acetylene black, 81-90 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 600-700 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 6-8 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 27-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 26-30 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate. USE - Used as porous graphene conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good conductivity and high electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing porous graphene conductive material comprising (i) adding 30-35 wt.% graphene oxide into 100-110 times deionized water, then adding phosphoric acid, uniformly stirring, adding lithium hydroxide, mixing with stirring for 30-40 minutes, under nitrogen atmosphere, adding ferrous sulfate, glucose, uniformly stirring, adding into a reactor, reacting at 200-210 degrees C for 10-11 hours, precipitating the material with deionized water, washing with anhydrous ethanol for 2-3 times, and vacuum drying at 60-65 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain modified graphene, (ii) adding 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole, P-toluenesulfonic acid, then adding the mixture into N,N-dimethylformamide, and uniformly stirring to obtain amide solution, (iii) mixing with remaining oxidized graphene, adding into 100-120 times deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing for 3-5 minutes, dropwise adding 6-10 mol/l sodium hydroxide, adjusting pH to 11-12, adding amide solution, uniformly stirring, adding hydrazine hydrate and stirring at 76-80 degrees C for 20-25 hours, cooling the material, washing with deionized water, N,N-dimethylformamide for 2-3 times, and drying at 80-86 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain chlorinated modified graphene, and (iv) mixing chlorinated modified graphene with remaining raw materials, adding into an extruder, melt extruding, cooling and molding to obtain conductive material.
