NOVELTY - Water-based graphene heat dissipation coating comprises 30-40 wt.% deionized water, 3-5 wt.% wetting and dispersing agent, 1.2-1.8 wt.% graphene, 40-50 wt.% water-based acrylic resin, 1-1.5 wt.% propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1.5 wt.% antifoaming agent, 1-5 wt.% ferrophosphorus powder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% anti-mildew preservative, 0.1-1 wt.% pH regulator, 0.5-0.8 wt.% carbon nanotube, 5-8 wt.% boron nitride, 0.2-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% substrate wetting agent, 1-5 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.5-1 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 0.3-1 wt.% thickening agent, and 1-3 wt.% water-based polyamide wax. USE - The coating useful in electronic field, aerospace field, satellite communication field, high speed computer field and energy automobile field. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has heat dissipation, anti-corrosion and weather resistance property; is environmentally friendly and energy-saving; and reduces volatile organic compounds (VOC) content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the water-based graphene heat dissipation coating comprising adding deionized water, propylene glycol butyl ether, pH regulator, and dispersant into the grinding tank in turn for stirring; adding the antifoaming agent to the grinding tank and continuously stirring for 15 minutes at stirring speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute; adding carbon nanotubes, graphene, ferrophosphorus powder, boron nitride, and wetting and dispersing agent into the grinding tank in sequence; dispersing the mixture in the grinding tank, rotation speed is 600-700 revolutions/minute, and the dispersion time is greater than 30 minutes; grinding the dispersed mixture in the grinding tank until the fineness is less than 30 μm, grinding and filtering to obtain a grinding slurry, and adding the grinding slurry to the first production tank; adding water-based acrylic resin in the second production tank; under the stirring speed of second production tank is 600-700 revolutions/minute, adding grinding slurry, anti-mildew preservative, leveling agent, substrate wetting agent, film-forming auxiliary agent, anti-flash rust agent; stirring the mixture in the second production tank, stirring speed is 400-600 revolutions/minute, and the stirring time is 15-25 minutes; adding thickener and water-based polyamide wax to the second production tank, and increasing a stirring speed of the second production tank to 600-700 revolutions/minute, and the stirring time is longer than 30 minutes and filtering.
