▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ditelluride nanosheet comprises (1) mixing and reacting metal ditelluride crystals, alkali metal salt and aprotic solvent under high pressure conditions, to obtain intermediate inserted with alkali metal ions; and (2) exfoliating the intermediate inserted with alkali metal ions in protic solvent to obtain ditelluride nanosheet. USE - The ditelluride nanosheet is useful in flexible electronic device, optoelectronic device, information storage process and display process. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses solution reaction, is simple, has high yield, process is controllable and quantifiable.
