▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensionally reduced graphene oxide comprises (i) designing paper-based growth substrate pattern by drawing software on computer, (ii) adding graphene oxide solution to hydrophilic region of growth substrate and drying, (iii) adding secondary water, hydrazine hydrate and aqueous ammonia in beaker, stirring and placing in a autoclave, (iv) placing pretreated growth substrate in an autoclave, (v) removing reduced graphene oxide-carrying growth substrate from autoclave, washing and drying, and (vi) adding gold nano seeds into reduced graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensionally reduced graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple preparation process; and the product is environmentally friendly; and has excellent conductivity and high biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensionally reduced graphene oxide comprises (i) designing paper-based growth substrate pattern by drawing software on computer, (ii) adding graphene oxide solution to hydrophilic region of growth substrate, drying and repeating for 3-6 times, (iii) adding 10-15 ml secondary water, 40-60 mu l 80 wt.% hydrazine hydrate and 30-50 mu l 28 wt.% aqueous ammonia in beaker, stirring for 5 minutes and placing in a autoclave, (iv) placing the growth substrate that has been pretreated in step (ii) in an autoclave of step (iii) and placing in an oven at 80-110 degrees C for 1-3 hours, (v) removing reduced graphene oxide-carrying growth substrate from autoclave, washing three times with ultrapure water and freezing and drying in vacuum for 8-12 hours, and (vi) adding gold nano seeds into reduced graphene oxide generated in step (v) and reducing to obtain final product.
