NOVELTY - A polyphenylene sulfide composite material comprises 0.1-20 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. white oil, 60-100 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide resin, and 0.1-20 pts. wt. dispersant. The modified white graphene is polymer coated modified white graphene. The polymerized monomer of polymer is styrene or acrylate monomer. USE - Polyphenylene sulfide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polyphenylene sulfide composite material improves the compatibility between white graphene and polyphenylene sulfide matrix, uniformly disperses white graphene in the polyphenylene sulfide matrix, interpenetrates white graphene into polyphenylene sulfide matrix to form network structure and enhances the toughness and impact resistance of polyphenylene sulfide.
