▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method (M1) of hydrophilic small molecule delivery involves (a) providing an aqueous solution of unmodified graphene oxide and aqueous solution of a hydrophilic bioactive molecular component, (b) mixing the media, (c) co-incubating mixed solutions for particular time for coupling molecular component on a surface of unmodified graphene oxide, to provide co-incubation product, and (d) contacting cellular medium with co-incubation product for particular time for cellular delivery of hydrophilic bioactive molecular component. USE - The method (M1) is useful for performing hydrophilic small molecule delivery. The method (M2) of using co-incubation is useful for modulating delivery of hydrophilic small molecule (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method (M2) of using co-incubation to modulate delivery of hydrophilic small molecule involves (a) mixing an aqueous solution of unmodified graphene oxide and an aqueous solution of a hydrophilic bioactive molecular component, (b) co-incubating mixed solutions for coupling molecular component on a surface of unmodified graphene oxide, to provide a co-incubation product, and (c) contacting a cellular medium with co-incubation product for cellular delivery of hydrophilic bioactive molecular component; and (2) composition comprising an unmodified graphene oxide nanoparticulate and hydrophilic bioactive molecular component coupled to nanoparticulate, the nanoparticulate is not surface modified with a polymer component, and nanoparticulate comprises surface component having a lateral dimension of less than 1500 nm.
