▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene by physical methods comprises (i) taking expandable graphite as a raw material, and then high temperature adhesive forming to predetermined size, (ii) placing formed graphite sheet in a liquid phase, then applying vacuum shear stress, and peeling off the graphite sheet, (iii) washing the stripped graphite sheet, separating from the liquid phase, drying, and then dispersing into a dispersion medium for secondary stripping and dispersing, (iv) condensing or diluting dispersed slurry to obtain graphene conductive paste with different concentrations, (v) removing dispersed slurry from a small amount of functional groups generated during the shearing process, and further dissolving and separating the dispersion after removing a small amount of functional groups, and (vi) performing vacuum drying to obtain graphene powder. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene by physical methods. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process and low production cost; and is easy to operate and suitable for industrial production.
