NOVELTY - An oxidized graphene sheet dispersion comprises ribbon-shaped oxidized graphene sheet with less than or equal to 0.35 variation coefficient of maximal width. USE - Oxidized graphene sheet dispersion for nanocarbon materials, flexible transparent conductive film, electrode material, thermally-conductive material and composite material. ADVANTAGE - Uniformity of width is excellent. The dispersion is simple and costs low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacture of oxidized graphene sheet dispersion which involves peeling oxidized graphene sheet from ribbon-shaped oxidized graphite in a medium, and obtaining a dispersion in which variation coefficient of maximal width that oxidizes the ribbon-shaped graphite is less than or equal to 0.35.
