▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous solution of carbon nanotubes is mixed with modified graphite oxide solution, acid or polyacid is added and stirred uniformly, to obtain suspension. The obtained suspension is reacted in a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined hydrothermal reactor, the resultant reaction mixture is filtered, the solid phase is collected and dried, to obtain composite material. The obtained composite material is calcined in a muffle furnace, nitridation reaction is performed under ammonia gas in a tubular furnace and cooled, to obtain nitride/carbon nanotube-graphene ternary complex. USE - Preparation of nitride/carbon nanotube-graphene ternary complex (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides nitride/carbon nanotube-graphene ternary complex in which carbon nanotubes and graphene are combined firmly, the carrier exhibits excellent dispersibility, and catalytic activity and stability of platinum are enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide is dispersed in deionized water, to obtain graphite oxide solution. Polyethyleneimine is dispersed in deionized water, to obtain polyethyleneimine solution. The obtained graphite oxide solution and polyethyleneimine solution in mass ratio 1:1-10, are mixed uniformly, filtered, the solid phase is collected, washed and then dispersed in water, to obtain modified graphite oxide solution. Functionalized carbon nanotubes are dispersed in deionized water, to obtain aqueous solution of functionalized carbon nanotubes. The obtained aqueous solution of carbon nanotubes are mixed with modified graphite oxide solution, acid or polyacid salt is added to the resultant aqueous solution of carbon nanotubes and modified graphite oxide, and stirred uniformly for 12-24 hours at 400-2000 rpm, to obtain suspension. The obtained suspension is transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined hydrothermal reactor, reacted, the resultant reaction mixture is filtered, the solid phase is collected and dried, to obtain composite material. The obtained composite material is placed to a muffle furnace, calcined at 200-350 degrees C for 2-8 hours, to obtain calcined composite. The obtained calcined composite is then placed in a tubular furnace, nitridation reaction is performed under ammonia gas atmosphere, and the resultant reaction mixture is naturally cooled, to obtain nitride/carbon nanotube-graphene ternary complex.
